Essentially, we’re stripping away the architecture that often weighs senior consultants down and, in doing so, we are freeing up their time so that they can do what they love – focussing on you, the clients.
Management Team
Our Management Team focusses on delivering great service for both our clients and our Associates. They bring together expertise across regulatory consultancy, in-house compliance, finance, L&D, HR and operations.
Associates
Working with Adempi, you get access to the best people for the job in hand. Our Associates are specialists in their field with fantastic track records, and who choose to work independently as contractors via Adempi. While one of the Partners in Adempi will be your main contact point, when your project or query requires the particular specialism of an Associate, they are on hand to support you.
Specialisms include technical subject matter expertise - like governance, AIFMD or client money – and can also include compliance skillsets such as monitoring, file reviews, training and interviewing.

Memberships
We are members of a number of industry bodies, providing support, learning and sharing knowledge. We chair working groups and regulatory committees, assist with lobbying key bodies like the FCA and HMT and we provide the members of these organisations with insights into how upcoming changes may affect them.
