Why is Adempi a finalist?
Well, our team has been working with the Venture Capital sector for over 13 years and is a trusted partner to many of the providers working in the EIS and SEIS ecosystem.
The regulation around EIS, and other retail VC investments such as VCTs and BR, can be tricky to navigate so the depth of our experience proves time and again to be invaluable to EIS and SEIS providers, from the most established firms to new entrants. We're constantly looking at how to make regulation make sense for this part of the market and make sure our services fit their needs.
It just so happens that we're also passionate about UK businesses and how supporting them supports the economy, and a lot of our non-client work centres around this also.
The EIS Association Awards
Now in its eighteenth year, these Awards bring members of both the EIS and SEIS industry together to celebrate its excellence, achievements and innovation.
There are 12 Awards categories this year, and for the first time three new awards have been introduced celebrating entrepreneurs and startups. These are: Best EIS Investee Company, Best SEIS Investee Company, and Entrepreneur of the Year.
