Our co-founder, Gillian Roche-Saunders, has been working closely with the EIS industry for ten years and providing her regulatory expertise to new entrants and established firms.
Adempi's work for the EIS sector is varied and spans fund and portfolio managers, intermediaries and custodians.
We have a number of EIS firms on retainer and provide to them all forms of everyday compliance support. Alongside that, we also take on project work from mock FCA visits to compliance training. What we love most is helping firms to launch new funds while complying with all of the financial promotion rules, appropriateness assessments, and other onboarding requirements.
